This training manual is intended to aide in the facilitation of a three-week learning course on gender rights in reproductive health, in an effort to change health services to be more gender sensitive. This course is designed to train health managers, planners, policy makers, health activists and NGOs and provide them with analytical tools to implement gender sensitive reproductive health programs and policies. The manual includes numerous tools including, icebreakers, energizers, facilitator’s notes, handouts, modules on gender and rights, case studies and participatory training exercises.
