This toolkit provides practical guidance for developing organizational policies that encourage men’s involvement in sexual and reproductive health and HIV/AIDS programs and explains how to tailor policies for specific goups of men and boys, (e.g., young men, men who have sex with men, migrant workers). It is intended for people who develop organizational policy within national and regional development organizations, including IPPF member organizations, and is also helpful for or governmental policymakers and policy-change advocates. The toolkit contains six modules: 1) Understanding the policy context; 2) institutional commitment; 3) Creating a policy statement; 4) Reviewing existing policies; 5) Working with stakeholders; and 6) Making policy work in practice.
