The purpose of this guide is to assure the successful application of the “Stepping Stones” program in different settings. Stepping Stones is a 12- to 18-week education program that helps participants examine gender norms and facilitates positive changes in attitudes and behaviors. This document provides guidance for adapting the content and process of Stepping Stones for specfic situations, for integrating Stepping Stones into existing program strategies, for developing appropriate monitoring and evaluation methods, and for developing follow-up strategies. The document also includes a link to more information and resources on the Stepping Stones website. The guide is intended to be used in conjunction with the Stepping Stones manual, which is available for purchase from TALC (www.talcuk.org/).
