The Health Rights of Women Assessment Instrument (HeRWAI) is a six-step analysis tool for women’s organizations and NGOs. It takes a human-rights approach to assess policies that impact women’s health rights. The HeRWAI analysis develops a set of recommendations to improve policies, enhance lobbying efforts, and implement women’s health rights.
