This technical report provides an overview of E2A’s couple-focused theory of change (TOC) and ideas for its practical application in the field through: 1) a graphic depiction of the TOC and an explanation of its component parts; 2) an exploration of what program implementation at the TOC’s potential intervention points might look like; and 3) a presentation of suggested monitoring and evaluation indicators for TOC components that couple-focused intervention programs can use to measure program impact.
