This briefing paper, part of a series published by the Global Coalition on Women and AIDS, describes new goals and targets of the Global Health Initiative (GHI) and the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). It also offers priorities for program strategies, and explains how these will help strengthen national responses and programs focusing on AIDS among women and girls.
