This guide for a 10-day workshop trains participants how to advocate policy change and how to design, implement and evaluate programs that advance gender equity and equality. The workshop is based on the  recommendations of the International 1994 Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) and the 1995 Fourth World Conference on the Status of Women (FWCW), and it is intended for staff of NGOs, community-based organizations and governments.
