This document is intended for health facilities that want to measure the quality of care provided to female victims and survivors of sexual violence (women VSSV). It includes several instruments that, together with descriptions of three basic elements of health care, can provide reliable information on how health facilities treat women VSSV.  Each instrument should be reviewed and modified according to the setting and the women’s health-care options after a sexual assault. The instruments can be used in emergency or ambulatory settings.
