This is a facilitator’s guide for a three-day workshop for religious leaders about mobilizing communities of faith to address gender-based violence (GBV) and HIV. The guide includes detailed instructions, case studies, and participant handouts. Workshop topics include an overview of GBV; links between GBV and HIV; religious beliefs related to GBV and HIV and responses by the faith community; and strategies for mobilizing communities of faith. On the third day of the workshop, participants develop concrete action plans for mobilizing religious leaders in their communities to address GBV and HIV.
