This set of training manuals include both a Teacher’s Guide and a Student’s Manual for training nursing, midwivery and medical students on strategies to prevent female genital mutilation (FGM) and how to manage complications of FGM. The manuals consist of four modules that include facilitator instructions and participatory activities such as small group discussions, case studies, role plays, games and other exercises. A trainer’s guide is available in French.
