This training curriculum is intended for professionals and volunteers who work with adolescents on sexual and repoductive health (SRH) issues (e.g., NGO staff, youth outreach workers, teachers and health-service providers), as well as young people aged 13–24 years. Curriculum activities help youth learn about, analyze and challenge gender-based norms and stereotypes that can lead to increased SRH risks. The manual includes facilitator instructions, handouts, role plays, discussion questions and exercises.
